Covering the Cost of an Employment Law Dispute

One of our key aims at Lanyon Bowdler is to be as cost-effective as possible, and we offer a variety of pricing options, including fixed fees and service level guarantees, as well as, following an initial chargeable appointment, no win-no fee arrangements, if your claim has sufficient prospects of success and value.

Trade Unions have an obligation to help their members with legal claims, so if you are a union member we would encourage you to speak to them first.

It’s also worth checking your household or motor insurance policies, as well as any premium bank account or credit card, to see if they include insurance for legal expenses. In the vast majority of cases you have the right to appoint an employment solicitor of your choosing, so don’t feel obliged to use one of the insurer’s panel solicitors even if they encourage you to do so.

Our Charges

The SRA requires us to give indicative prices for limited types of work, this includes employment tribunal claims for unfair dismissal or wrongful dismissal. For more information please click here.
