Tim was admitted as a solicitor in 1987 and joined the
firm in 1988. He became Partner in 1992. During his time with the firm Tim has in succession been head of
3 separate departments: Crime, Family and latterly Conveyancing. He has headed the Conveyancing department
since 2003 and undertakes all aspects of Law transactions including residential house sales,
farm and agricultural land sales and auctions.
Beaumonts is an accredited member of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. Membership of CQS is only available following stringent investigations by the Law Society into the firms conveyancing practice and procedures together with its approval of the ability and integrity of all staff delivering the firms high quality conveyancing service.

Rachel is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
She previously practiced in Somerset moving to Hereford in 2006 and joining Beaumounts in 2008.
Rachel deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing and property related transactions.
She is currently studying to achieve further qualifications with a Graduate Diploma of Land Registration Law and Practice.
